The key is getting experienced, caring professionals...not off a sign on the side of a street. Good info....

Susie - I am pretty busy lately and grateful.

Sally - Boy you said a mouthful.  I am sick of seeing those ugly signs stuck in the ground on the side of the road.  If they can't afford to legally advertise, how good can they be?

Randy - good to hear from you, and know that business is keeping you busy. I am also hopeful that the new limits (in some areas) will help folks. Buyer traffic has picked up considerably.

With the reinstated loan limits I hope that your business stays busy!

Jeff - They are needed in some of these areas.  When I started in the business the median price of a home here required a Jumbo Loan.

IMF - From your lips to God's ears.
