$9.5 Million in Real Estate Sold in 6 Business Days

We actually closed $9,489,500.  That does not sound as cool in the title.  We would have done it in 4 business days, if not for small lender delays that impacted three of them.

I know you’re thinking, he is a Realtor® in Hawaii.  That is less impressive then if he did it in Iowa.   That is true, but none the less, it was a huge accomplishment for me and my team.  One of the things that made this special was the use of our one of a kind business model.  Our ability to tap into agents and brokers in our company across the country and Canada.  eXp Realty is a revolutionary company.  We do not have franchises, we are the same company across the country.  Our agents are all stock holders and have a vested interest in each other’s success.  We collaborate with each other and support each other.

Ganzer Estate FlyerOne of the transactions was our biggest listing ever.  It was owned by another well-known Realtor.  She agreed to pull it off the market and listed with me, to try our marketing program.  We did something unique.  We put a bounty on the home.  I paid the photographer a premium to give an open license on the video and pictures.  We offered a higher than normal referral fee to out of state Realtors® and a trip to Hawaii for the closing, if they bring us the buyer.  Our agents across the country posted our video on their social media and websites.  We hit pay dirt and sold the Ganzer Estate for $6,900,000.  It was the highest closing on Hawaii Loa Ridge in over three and a half years.  Not only that, only 2% of the homes listed over $5 Million had sold on Oahu in the last 6 months.

Two of the other transactions were for a seller that was relocating to Virginia.  We teamed up with our broker David Harbour with eXp Realty in Virginia.  He not only found them the perfect home, he coordinated the Virginia closing to record the day after the Hawaii home closed, minimizing their time in a hotel.  David and I easily coordinated, as we are with the same company.  Our other closings were a result of great service and hard work from me and my sales team The Prothero Group, along with good working relationships with Realtors in the area.
