Real Estate Sales Activity in the Ocean Pointe

Ocean Pointe a planned community in Ewa Beach, Hawaii (makes up part of tax map key 191).

Single family homes sales have continued to climb in price and volume.  The second half of the year was a little stronger than the first half.

Ocean Pointe condos and townhouses prices have shown some flattening, but sales volume is climbing.

These are only the totals and average sale prices.

Oceane Point is a planned community that is being built accross from Ewa Gentry.  Part of the Ocean Pointe development is a new marina that is currently under construction.
