Single family homes took a little dip in prices in the first half of 2006, but came roaring back the second half of 2006 to a new historic high in prices and an increase in homes sold. January single family home sales continued to show growth in average prices.
Salt Lake area condos and townhouses showed some slowing in 2nd half of 2006, but the prices continued to climb.
The below figures include both fee simple and leasehold properties. These are only the totals and averages.

I lived in Salt Lake too! Our condo overlooked HNL, if I woke up and saw that Western Flt at the gate from Alaska I knew I was late! Don't remember the name of the building now tho.
