Once We Have a Buyer?

  1. I will present to you all offers immediately.
  2. Research every offer for potential complications and inform you.
  3. Help you find other professionals (surveyors, handyman, contractor, escrow officers, etc.)
  4. Give you guidance on pricing and negotiate on your behalf.
  5. Draw up any needed documents during the purchase process.
  6. Explain all documents to you.
  7. Open escrow and ensure you are protected through the purchase and in the future.
  8. Alert you know when you may need opinions from other professionals. (CPA, attorney, contractor, etc.)

Patricia - Over the years my marketing plan has evolved.  Much of the ideas camne from the professionals here in Active Rain.

Janet - I feel that in a competitive market, I need to give the consumer a reason to use me and not someone else.
