Donna Shefcheck officially is on board. Donna got her Hawaii real estate license and is now a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Hawaii Association of REALTORS® and the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®.
Donna will be the energy to help drive the new team I am forming. She will be my assistant and transaction manager for the team.
Donna comes with a unique background. She is an archeologist whose specialty is ancient Hawaiian burial sites. She is excited about learning the real estate business and will keep all of us on our toes. With her on the job, I know our files and records will be kept to the tightest standards.
Donna will be working with me tomorrow. She has a good friend we will be showing property to in the morning then in the afternoon we will be holding an Open House at one of my premium listings.
Welcome Aboard Donna.
She has already hit the ground running.

Randy - Donna will surely be an asset! I love archeology. That is until I found out you had to sit under the sun and dig for hours! I think I'll just read about it! Donna will no doubt help you leverage your time!

Congratulations. Sounds like Donna will be a fit for your team. An archeologist who specializes in Hawaii? We have folks like that in New Jersey but they wear hats that read "FBI" and "State Police" and no one wants to know what they dig for!
Congratulations on hiring your assistant. Be sure to set clear expectations, moniter progress, and reward her for doing thing s right. As and educated person, you'll want to listen to her insights as she gains experience.
