Hawaii Randy's Real Estate Opinions: I Need My Active Rain Fix

I Need My Active Rain Fix

                                                                                  Active Rain Logo

A few members messaged me to see if something a wrong.  The last couple of weeks I have been so busy with work that I haven't had much time to write on Active Rain.  My schedule looks to be getting even busier.  That is a good thing.

The bad thing is I miss being able to post as regularly as in the past.  Hopefully, as my new team gets formed and settled in, things will stabilize again.

This forum has been a real benefit to me and my business.  I have learned so much from the members here and have incorporated many of the lessons in my day to day business.

I have also picked up new clients, who have had the opportunity to be introduced to me through my writing before interviewing me.  What a nice way for the public to check me out and determine if we will be a good fit.

The next few weeks you may not see as much of me as in the past, but hopefully once I get over the hump I will be spending as much time as in the past.

Good Luck and good blogging.

Hi Randy, you're probably busy because you've been actively investing in growing and improving your business!  It's important to "make hay while the sun is shining!"  We look forward to seeing you on Active Rain as you schedule permits.  Best wishes.

Randy who?   lol   You know what's funny?   I have noticed this, but I have been extremely busy myself, not to even say hello to you and ask. I have seen a few people missing in action.

Me?  The last 8 days have been my busiest in about 6 months. But I still find a way to get a blog out per day. Because part of my business is now based on this also. But that is about it..... I am not able to comment as much. So, I appreciated your comment earlier today.

See you around my friend...  and congrats on being busy.

Congratulations...our work does come in waves, doesn't it?  I love the fact that potential clients feel like they know us by reading our blogs before we meet.  It is all good.  Don't work too hard and come back when you can!

Randy, as much as we might like to blog, business comes before blogging.  My blogging time has also been cut back a lot over the last couple of months because business, and like you, once it levels off again I will be back at the keyboard.

I'm working...all the time...how come I always find time? Oh, yeah....I don't have children, no other hobbies, (don't want any), small house, a husband who allows me....business is steady...don't want a bunch...work in the office too.  What's wrong with me Randy?  Is there something wrong with me? Okay...time to go for a walk with the dog.

Randy, nice to see you back for a visit. It runs in streaks as you get the fever. This usually happens when I am adding something to the website or take a new group of photos. Hot in New Olreans

Randy - That certainly sounds like a good problem to have.  It's a lot of fun around here, but business is more important ultimately.  Congrats on your recent successes!

Lisa - The more we blog the more our business grows.  The busier we get, the harder to blog.  It is a natural cycle.

Sally - That would be fun.

Ray - Good luck, I hope you stay busy.
