Hi Randy, just noticed you have been teaching too. You are amazing! If I was living in Hawaii nei again, I'd love to take your class(es)!
We also post sales activities for our Long Island NY Communities and find that they give buyers a really good grounding in what's going on in the market!
Good information for buyers and sellers, Randy. A similar trend has been reported by others, with sales % down but prices up. Hope your classes as going well.
Jeff
Yup.....it's a good thing
So what do you attribute the price jump to, particularly with SFRs? Are foreclsoures clearing through?
Susie - I just started teaching CE classes this year. I really enjoy it.
Larry & Sheila - It is very helpful for buyers and sellers to see what the market is doing.
Jeff D. - I hope that market continues to show stable prices.
Sally - Hopefully it stays that way.
Jeff G. - The inventory dropped considerably during the tax credit period.
