Hi Randy, That was a very nice presentation and it would be just a guess but I would bet that most of the US would be very happy with the only moderate amount of change and greater consistency in volume and price in your market. I lked the simple and clean way you did this. It is easy to read and easy to understand.
This is so good to see compared to California. I have my Hawaii broker license. Looks like I need to start using it.
