Ocean Pointe Real Estate Sales Activity for December 2007 – Year End Report

Ocean Pointe a planned community in Ewa Beach, Hawaii (makes up part of tax map key 191). The following report reflects resale's of homes that were reported through the MLS system.  New homes sales are not part of this report.

Single Family homes: Year to date sales prices of single family homes in Ocean Pointe have continued to show a drop in both sales average sales price and volume over the previous year.  There is a lot of new home construction in the area which has had an impact on the resales.

Condo and townhouse sales are another story.  Sales volume has shown drop a large drop year to date from the 2006 levels.  Average sales price has seen a slight decrease year to date from 2006.
