Kapolei is a planned community Hawaii (makes up part of tax map key 191).

Single family home prices have leveled off and even shown a slight softening in the last half of 2006.  Currently there is about 6 months worth of inventory.

Kapolei area condos and townhouses have shown some leveling but have had consistent sales volume and prices.
